*25% non refundable deposit for all reservations. Cancellation requires 7 days notice, or 14 days notice on holiday weekends. After cancellation period full reservation will be charged.
*There is a 'no refund' policy for no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged.
*Minimum stays: holiday weekends 3 nights; riverfront sites and rentals 2 nights on weekends.
